Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Make a Difference in the Lives of Children

Alight Behavioral Therapy NC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a leading provider of personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, we are committed to helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic RBT to work closely with our therapy team to provide high-quality, individualized services to children with autism and related disorders. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Certified Applied Behavior Analyst (CCBA)

  • Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and team members

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to client care planning and strategy development

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) preferred

  • Experience working with children with autism or related disorders (any relevant experience will be considered)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
