Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Make a Difference in the Lives of Children
Alight Behavioral Therapy NC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a leading provider of personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, we are committed to helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic RBT to work closely with our therapy team to provide high-quality, individualized services to children with autism and related disorders. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Certified Applied Behavior Analyst (CCBA)
Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and team members
Participate in team meetings and contribute to client care planning and strategy development
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) preferred
Experience working with children with autism or related disorders (any relevant experience will be considered)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
