What you’ll do

• Operate overhead and mobile cranes to relocate materials throughout the facility with precision and care.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and immediately flag maintenance needs.
• Work to OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Maintain clear communication with riggers and production staff.
• Load, unload, and position steel and fabricated components accurately.
• Complete all required inspection logs and related documentation.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience operating cranes in an industrial/plant setting.
• NCCCO certification preferred.
• Fluency in standard hand signals and safe work practices around heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in changing weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety track record.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
