Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience and knowledge of mixology required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- POS system proficiency and physical stamina
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Manage bar inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Follow all alcohol serving laws and company policies, including checking IDs and monitoring intoxication levels
- Valid bartender certification (TAM & Health Card required).
