About the Role
Protection Enforcement Agency LLC is seeking professional Armed Security Officers to join our Richmond, VA team. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and capable of maintaining a professional presence while ensuring the safety of clients, property, and the public.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols and maintain high visibility at assigned posts
- Deter and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies in accordance with company protocols
- Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports
- Ensure compliance with site-specific post orders and client requirements
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Virginia DCJS Armed Security License
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and situational awareness skills
- Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
