Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting others? Commercial Bank & Trust is looking for a Loan Utility Clerk to join our Loan Operations team in Paris. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll DoAs a Loan Utility Clerk, you'll play an important role in supporting our lending team and helping our branches provide exceptional service to customers. Your day may include:
Managing incoming Loan Operations emails and routing requests to the appropriate team members.
Organizing and electronically filing loan and mortgage documents.
Preparing documents needed for collateral releases.
Processing and recording state and county documents.
Assisting with quality assurance on Synergy maintenance.
Cross-training in multiple Loan Operations functions to provide backup support when needed.
Assisting with Board reports as assigned.
Supporting front-line associates by providing timely, accurate assistance so they can better serve our customers.
Looking for ways to improve efficiency and contribute to a positive team environment.
Completing required training and following all bank policies and security procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is always ready to lend a helping hand.
