We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and creative Activity Aide to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will help enrich the lives of residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care by planning and leading engaging activities that promote socialization, wellness, and enjoyment for individuals with diverse abilities and needs.

• Plan, organize, and lead recreational and social activities for residents.

• Assist with transporting residents safely using wheelchairs as needed.

• Complete light documentation related to activities and resident participation.

• Work every other weekend and some holidays as part of the scheduled rotation.

• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

• Experience working with older adults is preferred but not required.
