Controller

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Dirt Dynamics LLC is seeking a Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our growing company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and overall financial strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor cash flow and financial projections
• Collaborate with senior management to make strategic financial decisions
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a financial management role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
