You'll work behind the scenes to ensure loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations while supporting both our members and fellow team members.Responsibilities Include:Processing consumer, mortgage, and business loan documentation from application through closingMaintaining loan records and processing paid loan filesPreparing loan documents and coordinating lien filings, automatic payments, and related documentationAssisting members and employees with lending questionsReviewing loan files for quality, accuracy, and regulatory complianceCoordinating with title companies, insurance providers, and appraisal vendorsSupporting mortgage disclosures, funding activities, and reporting requirementsResearching and resolving processing exceptions to ensure timely loan completionAssisting with business loan reviews, financial analysis, and regulatory reportingWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of financial institution experienceLending experience or knowledge preferredExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to providing outstanding member service while maintaining complianceOur CultureEverything we do is guided by our core values of Community, Communication, Courage, and Collaboration.
