About the RoleThe Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, architects, engineers, and internal project teams. If you have a strong background in either area, this role will allow you to apply your industry knowledge immediately and meaningfully.Join a Proven Industry Leader: Work for a professional, stable company with more than a century of demonstrated success.What You'll DoProject Leadership & PlanningLead daily project activities from award through completionInterpret contract documents, drawings, and specificationsEstablish project quality standards and safety requirementsContract & Change ManagementObtain all bidding and contract documentationManage, , track, and negotiate change ordersPrepare and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and erection sequencesField & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate contract requirements with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teamsManage manpower, tools, equipment, and crane needsEnsure timely drawing distribution and responses to RFIsOversee field surveys, documentation, and jobsite communicationExecution & ReportingSupport job superintendents with day‑to‑day jobsite needsMaintain accurate documentation, job cost reporting, and project recordsCommunicate progress and issues proactively with leadership and clientsTeamwork & CollaborationBuild strong collaborative relationships across the organization, promoting teamwork and guiding cross‑departmental efforts to meet strategic objectives.Partner with team members and other internal stakeholders to drive projects forward, ensuring alignment, communication, and successful outcomes.What You Bring to the TeamBachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field5+ years of project management or project engineering experience, preferably in structural steel or precast erectionStrong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and shop detailsExcellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work well under pressure with tight deadlines and competing prioritiesStrong mathematical and analytical abilitiesDetail-oriented mindset with a professional, team‑focused attitudeValid driver's licenseReady to Build What's Next?If you are a project leader who thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment and enjoys seeing your work come to life in the built environment, we'd love to hear from you.
