About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts combined with infrared sauna technology. Our Bowie (Highbridge) location is fully operational, and we are seeking a motivated Fitness Sales Associate to help grow membership and support daily studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and retail products
• Conduct studio tours for prospective members
• Follow up with leads and guest visits
• Build relationships with members to support retention
• Assist with opening, closing, and studio cleanliness
• Support marketing and local outreach efforts

Compensation and Earning Potential

• $15.30 per hour base pay
• Uncapped commission on membership sales
• Additional retail commission
• Paid training and HOTWORX Certification provided

Schedule

Work schedules are assigned by studio management and may include evenings and weekends. Specific scheduling details, availability expectations, and time-off procedures will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Professional, reliable, and coachable
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
