Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process patient specimens
- Perform routine lab tests and analyze results
- Operate lab equipment and maintain records
- Maintain compliance with lab safety and quality protocols
- Collaborate with clinical staff to relay urgent results
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program or relevant certification
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical and communication skills
