290 Warehouse Associate

Bath Fitter is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our fast-paced operations. This role is essential to keeping our installers, inventory, and materials organized and moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, safety-minded, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities:

• Accurate count of inventory
• Checks in orders and checks for any damages
• Puts up all freight
• Pulls materials for next day's orders
• Creates material orders
• Keeps up with all install rough materials (lumber, parts)
• Responsible for cleanliness and organization of warehouse
• Assists installers in warehouse and on jobs if needed
• Assures dumpster pick up
• Securely locks gates and shop
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Have a flexible and helpful approach in dealing with the many different tasks associated with Shop
• Be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Must have a pleasant and friendly demeanor and be flexible and have the ability to deal with queries from different branch locations
• Experience with web-based inventory system a plus
• Able to lift 100 pounds
