Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring that all patients receive individualized attention and treatment
Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, including managing staffing, scheduling, and inventory
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality of care, making recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accrediting agencies
Requirements:
Minimum Years of Experience: 3
Level of Education: RN or LPN License
