Job Summary

Duties

• Conduct routine patrols of the property to identify potential security risks and ensure safety standards are maintained

• Control access points using access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations for visitors, contractors, and staff

• Respond swiftly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies following established procedures

• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities

• Support emergency response procedures including first aid administration, AED operation, and fire safety protocols

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred; military background is a plus

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary for safety or operational needs

• Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear incident reports and maintain detailed logs

• Familiarity with conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies

• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond effectively in emergency situations while adhering to security regulations

• Having a professional appearance is a plus, being well-groomed and neatly dressed
