The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing magical moments for golf groups, corporate retreats, day golfers, and special events at Cabot Citrus Farms while driving incremental revenue. Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned groups from contract turnover through departure, this position ensures every detail is executed seamlessly while delivering personalized service consistent with the Cabot brand.
Working closely with the Guest Experience Manager, Sales, Golf Operations, Lodging, Food & Beverage, Retail, Reservations, Front Desk, and Accounting, the Guest Experience Coordinator manages group logistics, upsells all offerings, communicates event details across departments, and provides outstanding on-site support to create magical moments for guests.
