Position: RN – Clinical Educator
Location: Sonora, California
Contract: 13 Weeks

Day Shift
Approximately 40 hours per pay period
Typically 3 days one week and 2 days the next

What You'll Need
Active California RN License
Recent Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
Clinical education or staff development experience
Experience in a Director of Staff Development (DSD) role strongly preferred
Knowledge of SNF regulations preferred
BSN preferred
Self-motivated with strong leadership and communication skills
What You'll Do
Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new nursing staff
Develop and deliver clinical education and competency programs
Mentor and support preceptors and nursing staff
Plan and conduct classroom and bedside education sessions
Maintain education records and competency documentation
Identify learning needs and implement staff development initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical practice and regulatory compliance
Support quality improvement and evidence-based nursing practice
