What You’ll Do as a Dock Team Member

As a Dock Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of our operations, ensuring our customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience on the water. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with docking and undocking boats safely and efficiently.
• Providing excellent customer service to boaters and visitors.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dock and surrounding areas.
• Monitoring dock safety and addressing any potential hazards.
• Supporting the marina team with various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is reliable, team-oriented, and has a passion for delivering outstanding service. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related role or industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
• The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
