Social Services Director Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Master's preferred).
• Social Worker license in New Jersey
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations for nursing homes.
