Activities Assistant

CareCore at Montgomery is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and outgoing Activities Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy working with seniors and creating fun, meaningful experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time and part-time available

• Rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Assist with recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual activities

• Lead group and one-on-one activities

• Encourage resident participation and engagement

• Assist with special events and department needs

• Supervise designated resident smoke breaks as needed

• Energetic, creative, and dependable

• Compassionate and comfortable working with seniors

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Activities, healthcare, or senior care experience is a plus
