Chick-fil-A Kitchen Manager
Job Description
The Chick-fil-A Clairemont Team is looking for a motivated and passionate culinary leader to help further the goals of the restaurant. This leader would go through a 1 to 3 month training period where they will learn about the Chick-fil-A brand and how to have an impact on the success of a multi-million dollar organization in the Clairemont community.

Responsibilities:
Provide direction and feedback to Team Members
Assign and delegate responsibilities to Team Members
Demonstrate mastery in all areas of operations to train and coach new employees
Address guest and employee complaints
Maintain EXCELLENT food safety standards
Communicate clearly with all staff
Qualifications:
18+ years old (required)
3+ year of service industry experience preferred
1+ year of management experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and team-oriented
Demonstrate a Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s Mission and Values
