Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
- Utilize company-provided tools and resources to generate and nurture leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and property details in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
A real estate license is required.
Good communication.
Sales experience.
Must live within a daily driving distance of the office.
