• Participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales, techniques, compliance, and client relationship management
• Shadow and work alongside an established agent to learn real-world sales and servicing techniques
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
• Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
