Job Description

Our Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking vibrant and compassionate RNs to join our staff!

The Nurse is responsible for the following:

• Monitoring residents, their responses to treatment care plans, and adapting plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Supervising and directing care team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Documenting necessary information regarding nursing care, care plans, and observations of residents' overall conditions, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

• Providing quality nursing care to residents, performing various duties to meet their unique needs and goals.

• Analyzing information to identify opportunities for interventions that prevent decline and promote wellness.

• Recording signs of change in condition and notifying appropriate staff per facility protocol to ensure prompt evaluation and intervention.

• Administering medications and treatments to residents, monitoring administration of intravenous fluids, and placing orders for medications as needed.

• Maintaining resident clinical files, keeping charts updated, and documenting appropriately to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Making daily rounds to ensure each resident receives individualized attention and care.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a Long Term Care environment is highly preferred.

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program.

• Must possess and maintain a current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Must be able to move, lift, and position patients with care and precision.
