Responsibilities

• Introducing Meridien to our guests
• Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
• Ensuring guests are greeted, shown their seats, getting prompt service
• Managing guest list and reservations on Toast platform
• Estimating wait time for guests
• Taking phone calls, emails and texts about reservations or general inquiries
• Supporting full staff when necessary

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
