What You'll Do

As a Guest Services Specialist, you’ll be the face of our bar hall, ensuring every guest feels welcome and taken care of. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assisting guests in navigating our seven local food concepts.
• Answering questions about menu options, specials, and events.
• Act as a Food runner &/or busser as needed.
• Addressing guest concerns or feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting environment in the bar hall.
• Supporting the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings a positive energy and a can-do attitude to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, food service, or retail.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personality: A team player who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
