Director of Plant Operations Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire position
  
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with call for emergencies
  
• The Director of Plant Operations will supervise maintenance and laundry staff and oversee facility operations across all service areas. Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and preventative maintenance for facilities and grounds. Manage safety, compliance, security, budgets, and facility improvements.

Director of Plant Operations Qualification

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility required
  
• 5+ years of experience in the maintenance of equipment, utilities and buildings
  
• Requires a boiler operator's license, building operator certification, or limited registration
