CDL A Flatbed Driver OTR
Full Time • Carlinville, IL
Pay: Up to $90,000+ per year potential

About the Role
Kleeman Transport is hiring CDL A drivers for over-the-road flatbed routes. Drivers haul freight across regional and national lanes while working with a supportive dispatch team and well-maintained equipment.

Flatbed experience is preferred, but paid training is available for qualified CDL A drivers.


Immediate openings are available.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a Class A tractor trailer.
• Secure flatbed loads using straps, chains, and proper securement methods.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT compliance and logs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes and delivery schedules.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL A license.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements, including passing a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Driving record that meets company and regulatory standards.
• Ability to run OTR routes (7+ days as needed).
• Strong focus on safety and reliability.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including operating a commercial vehicle and handling physical job duties throughout the duration of the shift.
