RFC Installations is a fast-growing specialty construction company based in Eustis, Florida, providing greenhouse installations, commercial construction services, agricultural facility construction, repairs, and specialty installation projects throughout the United States.

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with their hands, traveling, and being part of a professional team. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and ready to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you.

Position Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be willing to travel nationwide for projects (typically up to 30 days at a time)

• Possess a valid driver's license

• Be comfortable working at heights

• Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold

• Be able to accurately read a tape measure

• Have experience using screw guns and common power tools

• Be comfortable using company mobile apps for timekeeping, communication, and project documentation

• Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Construction

• Greenhouse installation

• Metal building assembly

• Carpentry

• Agricultural construction

• Mechanical installation
