Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM–3:00 PM | Approximately 20 Hours Per Week

The Arbor Company is seeking a compassionate and dependable Activities Assistant to help enrich the lives of our residents. In this role, you'll assist with engaging activities, accompany residents on outings, and provide transportation to appointments and community events.
This position is ideal for retirees, semi-retired professionals, veterans, or anyone looking for a rewarding weekday opportunity with a predictable schedule.

Monday – Thursday
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Approximately 20 hours per week
Occasional flexibility may be needed based on resident appointments and transportation schedules.

Assist with resident activities, events, games, and social programs
Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping trips, outings, and community events
Help residents safely enter and exit the community vehicle
Build meaningful relationships with residents and encourage participation
Assist with setting up and cleaning up activities
Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and transportation logs
Help residents with walkers, packages, and personal belongings as needed
Bring positive energy and compassion to every interaction
Friendly, dependable, and patient
Enjoys working with older adults
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable driving a community passenger van
Clean driving record required
Experience in activities, hospitality, recreation, customer service, or senior living is a plus—but not required
Someone looking for a meaningful part-time role rather than a traditional full-time position
