Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman
- Ability to lead and supervise crews on active job sites
- Experience with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Ensure job site safety and OSHA compliance
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate heavy equipment for site preparation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM , May Fluctuate due to weather and project
Duration:
- Temp to hire
