Job overviewHughes General Contractors is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and work within our concrete crews. As a Concrete Foreman, you'll oversee crew members on various projects, ensuring quality of work, and timing completion. Responsibilities:Lead and manage a crew of 10+ membersEnsure compliance with current ADA standards and regulationsRead and understand project plan blueprints and elevationsWork independently with high accuracy and attention to detailPrioritize and multi-task to meet company goals and deadlinesInteract and motivate crew members to achieve project objectivesRequirements:5+ years of experience working with concrete3+ years of experience working with architectural walls/ Tilt panels 2+ years of experience working with footings and foundationsStrong understanding of construction practices specializing in concreteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to speak English and Spanish (bi-lingual) is a plusA few extra perks:Steady, year-round employmentOpportunities for growth and professional developmentOutstanding employee cultureCollaborative and dynamic work environment Special Requirements: Must be able to pass controlled substance tests prior to, and at all times, during employment.Hughes General Contractors, Inc., is an equal opportunity employer.
