Top Cuts Lawncare Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Lawncare team member to help deliver consistently great curb appeal for residential and commercial properties in Carthage, MO, and surrounding areas.

Position Summary

As a Lawncare professional, you’ll perform day-to-day lawn maintenance to ensure properties look clean, healthy, and well-maintained. This role is hands-on, outdoors, and focused on completing service tasks safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You’ll work as part of a team to support timely service delivery, maintain equipment properly, and contribute to a positive customer experience through reliable workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and general yard cleanup

• Apply basic landscaping care as needed to support healthy lawns and tidy appearances

• Operate and maintain outdoor equipment safely and follow proper handling procedures

• Assist with loading, transporting, and preparing materials and tools for daily service routes

• Support team goals by completing assigned work accurately, on time, and to expectation

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintain a consistent pace for the duration of scheduled shifts

• Comfortable performing job-related physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Prior experience in lawncare or landscaping is preferred, but willingness to learn and follow directions is essential

• Demonstrated commitment to safety while using equipment and working around people and property

• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to follow daily instructions and service standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using lawn and landscaping equipment and understanding basic maintenance practices

• Knowledge of mowing and trimming best practices to promote clean lines and lawn health

• Familiarity with seasonal lawncare tasks and common yard cleanup workflows

• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to represent the team professionally on-site

Compensation

Hourly rate: $16.00 - $22.00
