MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assists in the interior and exterior janitorial/custodial needs, building maintenance, and ground keeping assignments.
• Assists moving furniture, equipment, and or fixtures as required.
control switches, and other electrical items.
• Assists with the planting, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes etc.
