Oakhurst Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced and dependable Nursing Supervisor to join our leadership team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and smooth clinical operations during the overnight shift.

Schedule

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Monday thru Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during overnight hours

• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with policies and regulations

• Serve as the point of contact for clinical issues, emergencies, and staff support

• Assist with staffing needs, call-outs, and shift coverage

• Communicate effectively with oncoming leadership and administration

• Support documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license preferred (LPNs with strong supervisory experience may be considered)

• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
