Position Overview
Suarez Medical LLC is a company that works in multiple clinic and this is the reasoning for the possible travel, as the doctors also travel. though as we progress there will be a more permanent position for our MAs in one location rather than having to travel. Suarez medical is seeking a motivated and professional Medical Assistant to join our growing practice serving patients throughout the Bronx and Queens, with future expansion into Brooklyn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a fast-expanding medical organization focused on treating patients injured in motor vehicle accidents (No-Fault cases).
This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable assisting with patient flow, medical documentation, and supporting the physician to maintain efficient operations.

Typical hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Due to patient volume, some days may:
Extend up to approximately 7:30 PM
End earlier around 5:00–5:30 PM
Most days will follow the standard 10 AM – 6 PM schedule.
Additional days and hours may become available as the practice expands.
Compensation & Benefits
$25 per hour starting pay during 90 Day probationary period then to $31.

Performance bonuses per shift:
$100 bonus when 22 patients are seen
$250 bonus when 30 patients are seen
Bonus opportunities expected to become more regular within approximately 3 months

Reliable transportation is strongly preferred as travel between offices may be required. Public transportation is Okay. Though we ask you know your routes and be punctual for start of day.
Responsibilities
Assist physician with patient flow during clinic hours
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Assist with medical charting and documentation
Maintain accurate patient records
Help coordinate scheduling and patient intake
Support efficient clinic workflow to help maximize patient care capacity
Assist with therapy modalities such as TENS units, BioWave therapy, and ESWT (training may be provided)
Maintain professional patient interactions
Qualifications
Proficiency in Medical Assisting practices, including assisting with exams and procedures
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy with the ability to accurately understand physician instructions related to patient injuries
Experience with medical office operations including scheduling, patient intake, charting, and administrative tasks
Strong patient care skills with the ability to demonstrate compassion and professionalism
Ability to manage and maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic computer skills required (EMR charting, scheduling, documentation)
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Medical Assistant certification or diploma preferred
Prior experience in a medical setting strongly preferred
Experience in personal injury, pain management, orthopedic, or high-volume clinics is a plus
Experience or familiarity with therapy modalities such as TENS unit, BioWave therapy, or ESWT is a plus (training may be provided)
Bilingual Spanish and English is required
Reliable transportation preferred due to travel requirements.
