Summary: As a Crew Member at Auntie Annes Cinnabon, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. You will prepare and serve our signature baked goods and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and with enthusiasm.Assist customers in selecting menu items and answer any questions about the products.Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the cash register. Food Preparation:Prepare and bake signature menu items according to company standards and recipes.Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in all preparation areas. Teamwork:Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts.Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing tasks.
