Job Summary:

At Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services team member to provide exceptional customer service to our residents, visitors, and staff. As a Guest Services team member, you will be the first point of contact for many individuals, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our facility. Accountabilities:

• Cordially and professionally greet and direct residents, visitors, callers, and staff

• Become acquainted with staff members and their functions to properly route calls

• Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor

• Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks

• Cooperate with other departments to facilitate communications and notification of immediate needs

• Ability to follow procedures for medical emergencies and urgent matters

• Perform all tasks as required, including generating and distributing forms, accurately performing all mail room functions, attending various meetings and functions as required, and other duties as needed by Admissions and Administrator

Qualifications:

• Guest Services candidate will have exceptional customer services/sales experience

• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma
