Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers while supporting the daily operations of our office. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are entered accurately, inquiries are resolved promptly, and communication remains professional and efficient. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service / Order Processing
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, services, company policies, and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering a high level of service.
- Take customer orders by phone and email.
- Accurately enter orders, credits, and requests into the company's ERP system.
- Process invoices, credit memos, and other customer documentation.
- Coordinate and manage daily customer pickup orders.
- Review orders for accuracy and communicate any discrepancies to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and account questions.
- Assist with maintaining customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Food service, wholesale distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
- Full-time position
- Overtime may be available during busy seasons.
