Your mission

• Own preventive and corrective maintenance across machinery, facility systems, and utilities.
• Conduct routine and condition-based inspections; drive corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
• Partner with teammates to troubleshoot multi-craft problems—electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Capture accurate documentation of repairs, findings, and parts to maintain thorough records.
• Support the installation, alignment, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Model safe work practices, including strict LOTO, and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Engage in training and development that expands your skill set and career path.

What you’ll need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a multi-craft maintenance role within plant or facilities operations.
• Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read/interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Sharp troubleshooting ability, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Flexibility for variable hours with on-call availability as needed.
