We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Whether you're already certified or looking to begin a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.


What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a fun, supportive, and structured environment.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.
  • Collect and document data on client progress.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to support each child's growth and success.
  • Build positive, meaningful relationships with children and their families.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and families
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and run short distances if needed for client safety
  • Previous experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus, but not required-we'll provide full training!
