Senior Estimator – Civil Construction
Direct Hire | $85,000

What You'll Do
- Lead the estimating process from takeoff through final bid submission
- Review plans, specifications, addendums, and bid documents
- Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for civil and sitework projects
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure complete scope coverage
- Adjust labor, quantities, overhead, and profit to meet project objectives
- Participate in bid review meetings with company leadership
- Support project turnover to operations and assist with change orders
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Build strong client relationships and track bid results
What We're Looking For
- Experience estimating civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of sitework, earthwork, utilities, and paving
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with B2W or similar estimating software preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach and support team members
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
