Overview of the Role:
The Supply Chain Finance Manager is a data-driven manufacturing finance leader responsible for accounting integrity, capital governance, forecast reliability, working capital discipline, and EBITDA protection across sourcing, procurement, freight, and supply operations. Reporting to the VP Operations Finance, this role anchors financial transparency, capex discipline, and audit-ready documentation across the supply chain.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Business Priority 1: Maintain Growth, Profitability, and Discipline in Support of the Supply Chain
- Drive decision-making processes for procurement costs and sourcing.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting and analysis of all tariff costs and purchase price variances.
- Deliver financial insights to optimize the supply chain’s use of resources and maximize profitability.
- Proactively identify and mitigate cost impacts to avoid financial surprises.
- Support, analysis and record inventory slow moving and obsolescence and revaluation
- KPIs: Deliver budgeted Gross Profit.
Business Priority 2: Drive Financial Forecast Accuracy and Reliability for Procurement and COGS
- Provide timely input as it relates to cost of goods sold (COGS), purchase price variances & capitalized variances, producing monthly outlooks and quarterly forecast updates.
- Optimize budget processes and ensure alignment with an 18-month S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process.
- Deliver precise and accurate Net Working Capital (NWC) forecasting, focusing on inventory, COGS, and procurement.
- KPIs: Maintain high forecast accuracy (100% on key COGS elements for the next quarter) and improved transparency for the 15-month forecast.
Business Priority 3: Support Aggressive Transformation Initiatives
- Collaborate with the Pro-track and Tariff Projects, related to sourcing initiatives validating timing, results, and achieving savings projections.
- Partner with sourcing and planning teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- KPIs: Deliver Pro-track Project Objectives.
Business Priority 4: Ensure Superior Financial Service Delivery on Fixed Assets
- Oversee capital and depreciation budgets, targets, forecasts
- Ensuring projects are being capitalized timing, lease accounting is following ASC 842
- Collaborate on SAP system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- KPIs: Capital depreciation is completed on time, passing all audit requirements for assets and expenses.

Successful Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance.
- Demonstrated leadership in cost accounting, capitalization governance, and financial reporting.
- Deep expertise in standard costing, inventory accounting, tariff accounting, and fixed assets.
- Experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes across multi-site operations.
- Proven ability to interface with auditors and support complex audit requirements.
- Executive-level financial acumen with strong EBITDA integrity focus.
- Advanced cost accounting, variance analysis, and capitalization discipline.
- Strong capital allocation and ROI validation capability.
- Ability to drive forecast reliability across cross-functional teams.
- High accountability mindset with commitment to audit-ready documentation.
- Leadership presence to influence plant, sourcing, and logistics leadership.
