We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and oversee cybersecurity program execution in support of a Federal Government customer. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders and will be responsible for managing all contract-related activities, ensuring successful project execution, and providing leadership throughout the contract lifecycle, including transition-in and transition-out activities.

The Project Manager will also serve as the Transition Manager during contract transition activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Provide overall management and oversight of all work performed under the contract.
  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of cybersecurity projects of similar size and scope.
  • Coordinate and manage contract resources to ensure timely and successful performance.
  • Serve as the Transition Manager during transition-in and transition-out activities.
  • Designate and oversee alternate Project Manager(s) to ensure continuity of operations during periods of absence.
  • Ensure effective communication with Government stakeholders and project personnel.
  • Maintain professional written and verbal communication in English.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing.
  • Current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification in good standing.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage complex cybersecurity projects and coordinate with Government stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current or prior experience supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
  • Demonstrated experience working within DHS organizations or on DHS cybersecurity programs is highly preferred.
