Dedicated Class A Regional Driver
Job Description
If you are trying to get away from unpredictable over-the-road runs that keep you out for weeks at a time, we have an open spot on a dedicated regional retail route. Look, this is a highly physical, heavy-workout type of job, but the weekly check matches the effort you put in. You get to run a regular regional loop and get back to your house every single week.
Pay & Labor Profile
Weekly Money: Drivers on this run average anywhere from $1,600 to $1,900 gross every single week.
The Pay Breakdown: You get a strong base mileage rate plus extra pay for every single stop you make.
Unload Bonus: Because you are working hard, you earn a heavy flat-rate unload premium on every single load you deliver.
Distance: You will keep a steady pace logging about 1,000 miles a week on average.
The Labor: Heads up, this is a high-stamina role. You must be completely fine handling 5,000+ piece full manual trailer unloads and safely lifting 50 to 75 lbs.
Schedule & Home Time
You are guaranteed to get home once a week for a full 34-hour restart to catch up on rest.
This account operates 24/7. You need the flexibility to run both day and night windows, and you'll be doing a lot of night driving along with tight, technical backing maneuvers.
Weekends & Holidays: Expect weekend shifts to be a normal part of your schedule rotation. On the plus side, you get a clean break with zero deliveries on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Other calendar holidays vary depending on customer needs.
What It Takes to Get Hired
Age & License: Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
Experience Tracks:
Trainees: Fully welcome! You can start with 0 months of experience as long as you already have your CDL-A in hand.
Experienced Tier: If you are coming in as a solo driver, you need at least 6 months of OTR within the last year, or 12 months of OTR in the past 5 years. Local Class A tractor-trailer work counts directly toward this timeline.
Background Check: No more than 4 driving positions within the last 12 months. Your record needs to be clear of any major preventable accidents for the past 5 years.
Screening: Must pass a brand-new DOT physical exam along with a mandatory hair and urine drug test.
Strictly Not SAP Friendly.
