Schedule: Day Shift | Full-Time

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced 1st Class Pipefitter for shipyard work in Lockport, LA. Responsibilities include fitting, fabricating, and installing piping systems aboard marine vessels and structures. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, work independently, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of shipyard or marine pipefitting experience
• Ability to read blueprints and isometric drawings
• Experience with carbon steel and stainless pipe systems
• Ability to pass a hands-on pipefitter test
• Reliable transportation and full-time availability

Preferred

• Gulf Coast shipyard experience
• NCCER or related pipefitting certification
• Experience with ABS or Coast Guard standards
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
