Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve nutritious and appetizing meals to our residents, families, and employees
Plan and execute menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards
Supervise and train dietary assistants and kitchen staff as needed
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
