Location: The Learning Experience – Dedham, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Preschool Teacher – Build Kindergarten Readiness

The Learning Experience – Dedham is hiring an experienced Preschool Teacher to create engaging learning experiences that help children develop confidence, curiosity, and the skills needed for kindergarten success.

What You'll Do

• Lead a preschool classroom using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  
  
• Promote early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development
  
  
• Create a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
  
  
• Observe and document developmental progress
  
  
• Partner with families through regular communication
  
  
• Collaborate with teachers and center leadership
  
  
• Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
  
  
• Previous preschool teaching experience preferred
  
  
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
  
  
• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
