We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre-weigh Technician to join our dynamic team in Carrollton, TX. As a Pre-weigh Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate weighing and preparation of raw materials for our production processes. If you have experience as a Compounder and a keen eye for precision, we want to hear from you!

• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to specified formulas and production requirements.
• Prepare and label materials for production, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient material preparation.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock levels of raw materials.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with materials to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Proven experience as a Compounder or in a similar role involving weighing raw materials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
