Highland Behavioral Health is looking for an experienced Zone / Multi-Site Administrator to lead multiple residential care facilities across our network.

If you're a strong leader with experience in residential care, compliance, and multi-site operations, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping improve the lives of those we serve.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations across multiple residential care facilities

• Ensure compliance with Title 22 and Community Care Licensing regulations

• Support and develop facility leadership teams

• Oversee budgets, quality initiatives, and resident care

• Drive operational excellence and positive resident outcomes

• ARF or RCFE Administrator Certification

• Management or residential care administration experience

• Knowledge of Title 22 and Community Care Licensing requirements

• Valid California Driver's License
