RN Supervisor
Full Time | Afternoon Shift | 3pm-11pm | $45-$52/hour
Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs and goals.
Provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to staff members to promote professional growth and development.
Monitor and report on patient outcomes, quality of care, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy, dietary, and social services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (required).
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
